The last few months have been difficult for everyone, filled with doubt and uncertainty. But those days are behind us now. As we look forward to welcoming you to join us at Marquis Beach Resort, we would like to show you how #TheMarquisPromise of Safety, Hospitality, and Peace of Mind ensures a healthy, comfortable, and relaxing vacation for you and your loved ones by strictly following the guidelines below.

Safety

Before Arrival

  • Guest bookings need to be made by persons that are 18 years of age or older. Please carry a valid photo ID to complete the check-in formalities.
  • Guests are required to carry a COVID Negative Certificate issued in the last 48 hours.
  • Guests are requested to have the Government issued Aarogya Sethu app installed on their smartphone, or carry a self-declaration of prior travel history.
  • More details of pre-arrival procedures and requirements will be provided as part of the guest booking confirmation through email.

During your stay

  • Guests will need to comply with all mandated safety measures in place, including non-invasive temperature checks, maintaining social distancing at all times and the wearing of face masks while in all public areas of the hotel.
  • Marquis Beach Resort is committed to upholding the highest safety standards as advised by the World Health Organisation, and the Government of India.
  • Our staff has been trained extensively on safety, hygiene and physical distancing norms to ensure guests’ wellbeing.
  • Layouts for seating and guest/associate movement have been modified to enable physical distancing in the lobby, restaurants, service areas, banquet halls and common areas.
  • Sanitizer stations will be prominently placed throughout the resort.
  • To ensure the safety of our guests, visitors will not be allowed to enter guest rooms.

Hospitality

At Marquis Beach Resort, we take immense pride in our outstanding hospitality. While we intend to not waiver from this expectation, we will, however, augment these practices keeping in mind the safety of our guests.

  • As far as possible, we aim to leverage the use of technology as we approach the new normal of hospitality.
  • Technology will be used to perform personalized check-ins, check-outs and dining experiences.
  • Digital payments and non-invasive thermal screening will be employed where applicable.
  • We are following the strictest hygiene standards in all our restaurants to ensure that there is absolutely no risk of contamination.
  • Reminder signages to encourage social distancing and personal cleanliness is installed in public areas.
  • Public spaces like the swimming pool, gymnasium, and clubhouse will remain closed till directed by the Government of Goa.
  • Since we know that personal assistance cannot be replaced altogether, we will be encouraging the use of PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) as and when required.

Peace of Mind

During your stay with us at Marquis Beach Resort, you can rest assured knowing that we are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of you and your loved ones.

  • To manage the risk of infection, more frequent and thorough cleaning of public spaces and guest room surfaces will be carried out multiple times throughout the day.
  • Wellness and temperature checks will be carried out by our staff.
  • Medical assistance is on call 24/7 should the need arise.
  • Suites and rooms will be well-rested and completely sanitised after checkout, and before reoccupation.
  • Guests, as well as associates, are being requested to submit health declarations before entering the hotel premises.
  • All our staff members will have easy access to sanitisation stations and protective equipment to keep themselves and our guests safe.
  • Regular health checks and counselling support is also being provided to ensure their physical and mental wellbeing.
