Here are a few of our new entrants…

To start with, the ‘Caribbean Chicken Saute’ is marinated with herbs & spices and cooked with pan juices. The dish is served with roasted baby potatoes and compote of diced vegetables.

Butter Chicken: Chicken marinated in Tandoori masala, cream and spice mixture, charcoal grilled and simmered in a tomato based gravy made out of cashew nut paste, honey, and Kasuri methi called makhani sauce. A full flavored dish that complements the chicken well. Goes well with basmati rice or naan.

Paneer Kati Kebab: This mouth watering dish is sauteed with spring onions, garam & charred masala and is wrapped in a round chapatti. It is served with freshly prepared mint sauce. Perfect evening snack!

Lasagna Bolognaise: A specialty of Marquis Resort consisting of thin pasta sheet layered with freshly made Bolognaise sauce and mince. It is baked with Mornay sauce and served with delight.

Our dishes are good in both taste and consistency. The salads are refreshing and healthy.

For the mains, the top pick is the butter chicken which leads the way from an erstwhile menu. The difference between the dishes is just the need of the palate that can define the better one.

Desserts are fantastic, be it the lemon tart, papaya tart, chocolate cream tart or chocolate truffle. It’s rich and comes with distinct flavour profiles.
